~BOOK OF THE MONTH~

Title: Cinder (Book 1)
Author: Marissa Meyer
Genera: YA, Sci-Fi, Dystopian, Fairy Tale retelling
Publisher: Feiwel and Friends

My rating: 5 STARS
(Review will be posted shortly)

~Advanced Readers Copies (ARC's)~

Because of my lack of time for reading, I haven't requested/accepted any ARCs this month.I already have 3 ARCs that are coming out in March that I have yet to review. Even though getting ARCs are great, I don't want to waste the publishers money by taking their book but not reviewing it. Accepting an ARC is a promise, one that I want to keep. So I apologize in advance for not having any new ARCs to show-and-tell. Maybe next month?

Here are some ARCs that I got last month that are coming out in March:
Release date March 14th:
YA 1. These Ruthless Deeds (These Vicious Masks #2) by Tarun Shanker
Release date March 28th:
YA 1. A Crown of Wishes (The Star-Touched Queen #2) by Roshani Chokshi
YA 2. Blood Rose Rebellion (Blood Rose Rebellion #1) by Rosalyn Eves
*All of the books listed above will be reviewed 1-3 weeks before the release date*

Behind Schedule + Giveaway

Hello fellow book lovers!

I am so sorry for my lack of updates on here...I've been going through some stuff lately. If you are a follower of my Instagram, you would know what I'm talking about. However, most of it is over so soon, I will be posting my reviews for:

1. The Academy: Introductions (The Ghost Bird Series #1) by C.L. Stone
2. These Ruthless Deeds (These Vicious Masks #2) by Tarun Shanker (ARC)
3. A Crown of Wishes (The Star-Touched Queen #2) by Roshani Chokshi (ARC)
4. Blood Rose Rebellion (Blood Rose Rebellion #1) by Rosalyn Eves (ARC)

The reviews for each ARC's will be posted 2 weeks before their release date so be sure to check them out!

I apologize again for being MIA, but soon, I'll be back on my normal schedule.
As a form of apology, I'll be hosting a giveaway on my Instagram. 1 lucky winner will be selected to win....

A Signed Copy of DUMPLIN' by Julie Murphy!

Here is the synopsis:

~Self-proclaimed fat girl Willowdean Dickson (dubbed “Dumplin’” by her former beauty queen mom) has always been at home in her own skin. Her thoughts on having the ultimate bikini body? Put a bikini on your body. With her all-American beauty best friend, Ellen, by her side, things have always worked…until Will takes a job at Harpy’s, the local fast-food joint. There she meets Private School Bo, a hot former jock. Will isn’t surprised to find herself attracted to Bo. But she is surprised when he seems to like her back.
Instead of finding new heights of self-assurance in her relationship with Bo, Will starts to doubt herself. So she sets out to take back her confidence by doing the most horrifying thing she can imagine: entering the Miss Clover City beauty pageant—along with several other unlikely candidates—to show the world that she deserves to be up there as much as any twiggy girl does. Along the way, she’ll shock the hell out of Clover City—and maybe herself most of all.
With starry Texas nights, red candy suckers, Dolly Parton songs, and a wildly unforgettable heroine—Dumplin’ is guaranteed to steal your heart.~

I read this book a while back and I absolutely loved the message it portrayed. It was a light and enjoyable read that really touched my heart. I was completely blown away by the writing and I love how relatable it was. You can check out my full review below (July 2016 Book of the Month).

I hope you will accept this little giveaway as my form of an apology. The giveaway ends on February 28th. The rules will be listed under my Instagram post.

Thank you all for understand and I hope you all have a blessed day!

Happy Reading,

Natasha Morriston

Happy Valentines Day!

Hello, fellow book lovers!

I just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Valentines Day! I know that some people view this day as a day for couples; however, I think it's a day to show your love to everyone you care about. You don't need a partner to celebrate Valentines Day, you can celebrate it your friends or family.

Because I view you guys as a member of my family, I would like to show a little bit of my love. So, as a Valentines Day gift from me, I will be hosting a giveaway on my Instagram! 1 lucky winner will win:

A Signed Copy of The Fault in Our Stars by John Green!

Here is the synopsis:

~"I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, then all at once."
Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten.
Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning author John Green's most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.~

The giveaway ends February 20th so be sure to come by and enter! The rules will be posted on my Instagram.
I hope you guys like this little giveaway! I plan to do more of them in the future so please stay tuned!

I just wanted to thank you all for being so supportive of me. It means a lot to me when people tell me that they've decided to read a book just because of my review. I honestly can't express my gratitude enough. Your love and support that taken me so far and I will not forget that. I know this is cheesy but I love you all. Thank you. Anyways, I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentines Day! Spend it with your loved ones and let them know how much they mean to you.

Happy Reading,
Natasha
